FEMALE DONORS: n=56 (Age range 20 to 62)

Normal Transferrin Sat: n=47 (6 > 40%) (2 > 45%)

Elevated Transferrin Sat: n=3 (53%, 51%, 51%); TIBC (295, 248, 327)

All ferritins in reference range.

Low Transferrin Sat: n=6 (14%, 14%, 12%, 10%, 12%, 10%)

MALE DONORS: n=56 (Age range 20 to 62)

Normal Transferrin Sat: n=54 (4 > 40%) (1 > 45%)

Elevated Transferrin Sat: n=6, (56%, 67%, 91%, 66%, 51%, 55%); TIBC: (347, 239, 188, 229, 352, 256)
